With resilience in mind, this duplex is designed to give occupants of each unit a peaceful and connected shelter. The project utilises on site water retention, grey water treatment, on site power generation. It is designed to meet the Passivhaus standard and is targeting certification, to achieve a healthy, comfortable indoor environment.

This project is targeting Passivhaus certification and is due to commence on site in late 2024.
